David, my shed is not as beautiful as your kitchen! Nor ought it be, but here's the preview.
South-facing wall, outside. I promise to take care of the tumbleweeds before you guys get here.

This is why I think it needs to be weatherproofed, maybe by adding a layer of tar paper (Jerry's idea) and a layer of siding.


Another challenge: The shed is *really* close to the block wall fence, and there's nothing to be done about that.

These are the "shelves" that are almost big enough for a twin mattress. They are really too big for anything reasonable. Anything you put towards the back of the shelf is then buried with the stuff you put in front of it.

No interior finishing at all. I'm thinking fiberglass or styrofoam insulation and wall board.

Existing pegboard.

As you can see, it's actually raised above the concrete about 8" and has a plywood floor inside.
