(1981) Standing Kids
These came out in June 1981, in a somewhat limited edition of 5000 individuals. They have stamped signatures.
All four of them:

They stand right around 23" - 26" tall.
They stand because they have rods (probably wooden) from their heels to approximately their waist. I haven't taken one apart to see whether there's any kind of "pelvis" hardware. The soles of their feet are a hard plate with the leg-rod going up at about the ball of the foot, and stuffed all around.
Meredith came with size 5 (American) MaryJanes, I put size 5 athletic shoes on her...and even size 5 looks too small to me.
And yes, those are stitches that form her teeny-tiny toenails!
