Fluffy Hair: Becky, part I
Her hair is nothing short of a disaster. She's a brown-eyed, OK factory, #8 head mold with corn silk hair. She went through the washing machine, then had her hair all combed out with fabric softener, then rinsed really well.

Drying in the sun.

Each cluster of hair about 1/4" in diameter was twisted and twisted
and twisted until it twisted up on itself, then was anchored with a pipe cleaner.

The head then went into a pot of water, was boiled for twenty minutes, then
out in the sun for a day or two.
