It makes a quite impressive pile. Note that there are still little fuzzies: A little more work to remove most of the fuzzies: Removing the zip-tie that holds the head on the body. Weapon of choice is a pair of toe-nail clippers: Remove the head from the body: Head, zip-tie, body: Removing the head plug with a screwdriver: Head (with fuzzies inside) and neck plug: Close-up of the fuzzies still inside the head. how much yarn for a reroot?

That skein of "Red Heart Super Saver" yarn weighs 5 oz (141 g) and is 244 yds (223 m) long. I used its twin to re-root this cute Kid with very long, very lush double ponies with two rows of loops around her face. Each strand in the ponies is about 32" long (you'll have to do the metric yourself, sorry). I have about 45 yards of yarn left, so let's round everything and say that this darling used about 200 yards of yarn. Her ponies are longer than most and fuller than most. Usually I cut the yarn into strands that are about half the size of the ones you see in this picture. Your mileage (oops, yardage) may vary. All done, dressed in wild clothing: ...and break-dancing on the floor!
