Sometimes, I document the whole process.  This is a TRU kid, very big compared to the mass-market Kids that I'm used to making over.

Customer wanted popcorn ponies.

Original.

Hair cut off with scissors.

All of the yarn removed.

Landmarks for the rooting of the popcorn strings.

Drilled for the poodle part.
